INTRODUCTION

The Nexentia 360° Diagnostic is a self-assessment tool designed to identify the maturity level and scalability potential of your organization.

It evaluates six key functional areas and their level of integration:

The final result is not based solely on the sum of scores. It incorporates a weighted factor by functional area, adapted to your sector, business model, and stage of development.

Estimated duration: 10 minutes

After completing the questionnaire, a specialist will conduct a comprehensive analysis, cross-referencing the information with the company’s strategic and operational context.
